Riddles

1. On a one way road, a truck driver is going the wrong way. There is a copper nearby and he sees the truck driver. The cop doesn't give him a ticket. Why?
2. There are no headlights or any street lights or house lights on. There is a car driving on the street. There is a man wearing black fully. The driver sees the man and dodges him. How does the driver see the man?
